1. Introduction

Welcome to ShipIntoMotion Logistics ("ShipIntoMotion," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our logistics, shipping, courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

ShipIntoMotion Logistics provides domestic and international logistics solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Parcel and freight transportation

  • Import and export handling

  • Customs coordination (where applicable)

  • Warehousing and storage

  • Last-mile delivery

All Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Customer Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information

  • Ensure all items are properly packaged and labeled

  • Comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations

  • Pay all applicable fees, duties, taxes, and charges on time

You are solely responsible for the contents of your shipment.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Items

You may not ship items that are illegal, hazardous, prohibited, or restricted under applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Explosives, firearms, or ammunition (without authorization)

  • Hazardous materials without proper declaration

  • Counterfeit or pirated goods

ShipIntoMotion reserves the right to refuse, hold, inspect, or dispose of any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type

  • All charges must be paid in full before release or delivery of shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Additional charges may apply for customs duties, storage, re-delivery, processing, or special handling

Failure to pay may result in delays, storage fees, sale of items or disposal of goods.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. ShipIntoMotion is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Acts of God

  • Government actions

  • Third-party carriers

  • Incorrect labeling of packages by customers.

7. Inspection and Right to Open Shipments

ShipIntoMotion reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment without notice where required by law, customs authorities, or for safety and security reasons.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • ShipIntoMotion’s liability for loss or damage is limited to item less than $100 USD.

  • We are not liable for loss or theft of any packages incorrectly labelled.

  • We are not liable for packages delivered to the incorrect address.

  • We are not liable for any packages that were not properly packaged.

  • If a packages was in our possession and has become lost or damaged, and was properly labeled properly packaged and is less than $100 USD the item value of the item will be reimbursed to customer in the form of store credit, cash value or points. Reimbursement takes a minimum of 5 weeks.

  1. Unclaimed or Long stored Items

Shipintomotion reserves the right to sell, auction and or use any items not claimed after 2 weeks. A storage fee applies each day for items not claimed after 1 week.
